Maximillien & Company was started in a basement in Whistler in 1990. Since that time we have grown into a family run specialty food company in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Our kitchen workshop overlooks the beautiful downtown Vancouver skyline.

Maximillien and company has become established as a leading supplier of specialty foods to many of Vancouvers and Canada's world class hotels, we also serve golf and country clubs, retail stores, gift basket companies, event organizers and trade shows throughout B.C, Canada and the U.S.A.

Ray is a french trained chef with over 26 years experience, 17 of which were spent in London, England. Before taking over Maximillien, Ray was a chef at Vancouver's 'Le Crocodile' restaurant for nine years.
